The Irish Setter Men's 83906 Wellington Steel Toe Work Boot features summary

Sized right, The Irish Setter Men's 83906 requires close to zero break in time. Your work boot feels comfortable almost out of the box and you worry less about feet abrasion while you go working.

This pair of Work Boots is built with 100 percent genuine leather. In combination with the UltraDry™ waterproofing of the boots, you get perfect protection against wet feet while working in wet environments.

Another special feature of the work boot is the amount of traction it provides on slippery work surfaces. A look at the outsoles will give you an idea of what to expect of the boot in terms of traction.

In addition to the above, you also get high quality oil and chemical resistance to keep you safe from chemical burns and injuries.

While The Irish Setter Men's 83906 is a great Work Boot, the pair is a little too warm for outdoor use in the summer. Not completely unusable but will come with some degree of discomfort in extreme hot weather.

They are also relatively heavy Work Boots. You may not find the fact that the boots are insulated in the description, note that these boots are well insulated and may not be your best buy if you are a truck driver.

Red Wings has a great reputation among oil field workers for its durability, toughness, oil/water resistance and the amazing traction it offers.

They come with two straps on either side of the Work Boot to ease pull on.
